General Information

Kids church is the 2nd Saturday of the month except during the month of Easter and Christmas.

Service begins at 9:45 and ends at about 11:00
(There is not Child Care services before or after Kids church)

Kids church target age group is ages 7-9 but all ages are welcome

Kids church started in 2000 by Pastor Brent Kimura. In 2005, Yvonne Fankhanel took over the leadership with Pastor Zach Thorpe as the pastoral advisor. There is a staff of 35 volunteers. The themes and all of the drama/skits are created and written by the staff. Each month there is a specific take home message for the kids that is woven into each element of the service. 

The Theme changes every 5-6 months (Twice a year)

Why are we here?

Redlands Kids Church exists:

1. To help Redlands area children ages 7-11 discover Jesus’ love and to honor Him in ways that are exciting and fun.

2. To provide environments for kids to develop a sense of belonging and grow in a church family by giving them an opportunity to share their love for Jesus with others
